As a young man I watched my father train a fellow named Marko to paint. In 90 days he taught him a skill that an apprentice would not learn for years. Marko quit shortly after for a position with another company for more money.
I asked my father why he even bothered teaching people. My father simply replied, “That’s what I do — I teach them!”
